A method of inhibiting colon cancer comprising administering a compound having of formula shown. Wherein: R1 and R3 are independently hydrogen, -CH3, -C(O)-(C1-6alkyl), or -C(O)-Ar, wherein Ar is substituted phenyl; R2 is selected from the group consisting of pyrrolidine, hexamethyleneimino, and piperidino; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof.
