PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a processing circuit after error correction with plural channels when the audio data of plural channels are processed. SOLUTION: The audio data of plural channels are time division multiplexed to be supplied from an RC 19 to an AIF 20. The data and error flags are stored in a register group 203 at every channel. An audio processing part 220 performs prescribed processing for the supplied audio data by using the data of the corresponding channel of the register group 203 at need. The output of the processing part 220 is stored in the corresponding register of the register group 209 at every channel of a pair each other, and the time division multiplex is separated. The outputs of respective registers of the register group 209 are latched respectively on the corresponding registers of a P/S register group 210, and the data of respective output systems are outputted parallel in the timing corresponding to a sampling period. The processing part 220 is used commonly with plural channels.
