PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the memory throughput by improving the availability of a memory element. SOLUTION: When the memory requests are stored in a request storing buffer 1-1 owing to a bank busy state, the addresses of memory requests are compared with each other in the buffer 1-1 and whether the coincidence of access destination addresses is checked or not. Thus, the assurance is not needed for the sequence of requests and a memory request to which the bank busy state is canceled is issued. Then an SDRAM is used as a memory element, the inter-bank cycle management is carried out in the same SDRAM and the banks are effectively used in the SDRAM.
