Cape (1) is U-shaped and has flaps (2, 3) curved towards each other defining free zone (4). Magnet (5) is attached on flap (2) and part attracted by magnet (6) is attached on other flap (3). Parts (5, 6) are built in plastic cape and are connected to each other securing cape around user's neck.
