<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently shade TFTs using data lines and to display a high quality picture without having a long wiring for the data lines in an electrooptical device that uses a TFT active matrix driving system having a data line same color system with a delta arrangement. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal device has liquid crystal layers which are held between a pair of substrates, and TFT array substrates each of which has plural scanning lines and plural data lines and a TFT 30 and a pixel electrode 9a connected to the scanning lines and the data lines. The electrode 9a is arranged for each scanning line with a one and half pixel deviation. A main line section 6a of a data line 6, which meanders through the side of the pixel electrode arranged for each single scanning line 3a in a Y direction, and a projecting section 6b, which is projected in a planar manner from the main line section, at least partially cover channel regions 1a and 1a' of the TFT 30 looking from an opposing substrate side.</p> |
