PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce audio/video data that are result of edit without recording the audio/video data that are the result of edit into a recording medium. SOLUTION: Only resource data are recorded in a random access recording medium. The result of edit is described as a series of entries with a head position data and recording length data for each consecutive area on the resource data recorded on the recording medium. In the case of reproducing the data as the result of edit, the resource data are sequentially accessed based on the entries. |
