An air cooled power machine comprises two pistons 4, 5, which are positioned in a common cylinder bore 1 having end walls 2, 3 and work synchronously against each other, and means for transmission of power between linear motion of the pistons to rotating motion. The means comprises at least one rotating disc 13 having a cam curve track or a corresponding raised edge and one, relative to the power source, stationary second disc 8 having a fixed track, or edge. Hole or channel openings 30, 31 are present in the centre of the discs so that cooling air can pass through these openings and along the outside of the cylinder bore. The stationary second disc may be built together with, or form a part of, a housing 9 which fully surrounds the rotating disc. The rotating disc may have fan blades 34, 35 which cause a forced flow of cooling air. The rotating disc may be connected to an outgoing, hollow shaft 23 from the engine of the machine by means of the fan blades. Cooling air may be taken through shaft 23.
