PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal system capable of successively and speedily accessing the required information without unauthorized use by a person except the owner of a portable terminal, without setting a password to the portable terminal. SOLUTION: ID information data are stored in a portable terminal and similar ID information data are stored on a wireless card 100 as well. The wireless card 100 transmits ID information data to the portable terminal by radio and when the terminal is used, the portable terminal receives the ID information data of the wireless card 100 through radio. Then, the portable terminal discriminates whether or not these received ID information data match with the ID information data stored in the portable terminal, and only when the ID information data match, is the use of the portable terminal enabled. |
