PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cutoff pressure sensitive adhesive tape for cable and a semi-conductive water cutoff pressure sensitive adhesive tape for power cable capable of restricting a fall of the water absorbing resin powder at the time of cutting and taping a cable, and capable of cutting water off in not only a large clearance but also a small clearance inside of a cable, and capable of being used even if a surface and a back surface thereof is turned over at the time of use, and to be manufactured by one coating without generating blocking. SOLUTION: Water absorbing resin composition composed of the water absorbing resin powder 2 passing through the texture (clearance) of an non- woven cloth, the synthetic resin and the synthetic rubber at 10% or more of total weight is fixed between two non-woven clothes 1 having a weave texture in a range at 8-25 g/m2. This structure is intruded or coated with the semi- conductive resin composition coating composed of the conductive agent, the synthetic resin and the synthetic rubber 3 so as to manufacture a semi- conductive water cutoff pressure sensitive adhesive tape. |
