PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management system in which the operational trend of a vehicle can be evaluated objectively for each driver. SOLUTION: An operation management system comprises a data recorder 10 for recording a data indicative of the behavioral features of a vehicle on a memory card 20, and an operation management supporting unit 30 for analyzing the operational trend of the vehicle. The operation management supporting unit 30 reads out a measurement data from the memory card 20, sorts the measurement data into data in low speed, intermediate speed, and high speed zones, detects the behavioral features in each speed zone based on the sorted measurement data and generates information for determining the operational trend of a driver retrospectively based on the detection results.
