PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely improve he operation of an operator by deciding whether display switching is possible or not and then switching the plotting data on one of two displays to the other to show them when the display switching is possible. SOLUTION: When a mouse has an event button operation, a mouse event control part 14 operates based on all commands given from a CPU. A graphic data switch part 13 sends a plot command to be displayed to a graphic data control part 15A or 15B based on the mouse button event notification given from the part 14. The part 13 functions as a switch which selectively switches both parts 15A and 15B in response to the command given from the part 14. That is, the part 13 sends the plot command to the part 15A when the left button of the mouse is operated and then to the part 15B when the right button of the mouse is operated respectively.
