<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple chip resistor, which is simple in constitution, is reliable in an electrical continuity between the front and rear of the resistor, is easy to manufacture, is good in yield in manufacturing the resistor and is high also in reliability, and a manufacturing method of the resistor. SOLUTION: This multiple chip resistor 30 is a multiple chip resistor provided with substrates 34, which are formed by dividing a large-sized insulative substrate 34 and respectively have a plurality of recessed parts 32 in their end surfaces, metal thin film electrodes 36 formed on the inner wall surfaces of these recessed parts 32 and electrodes. which are connected with these electrodes 36 and are formed on the front and rears of the substrates 34, and the recessed parts 32 are formed into a conical surface-shaped slant surface.</p> |
