PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of dewing caused by variation in an outside temperature so as to prevent a short-circuit of a breaker by covering an operation handle of the breaker and the vicinity thereof with a cover having elastic and soft characteristics in a water-tight and air-tight manner, and embedding a wire drawing-out part of the breaker in a resin part. SOLUTION: A breaker 1 is coverd with a cover made of rubber having elasticity and softness in a water-tight and air-tight manner at its upper surface including an operation handle 2. The breaker 1 is positioned in a base 12a and a frame 12b of a unit body 12 and embedded in a resin part. Under the condition, a side surface that is not covered with the cover 11 and an electric wire drawing-out part of the breaker 1 as well as a pulled-out electric wire 5 are embedded in the resin part 14. Accordingly, a spacial capacity in the cover 11 is made small to thereby generate no dewing caused by fluctuation in an outside temperature occurs, and also intrusion of moisture or outside air from the wire pulling-out part to the inside of the breaker 1 is prevented.
