PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the output information data showing signals of plural channels performed with de-interleave processing through a data processing part just after movement in the case of moving to the state that the data processing part is operated normally from the state that it is not operated normally. SOLUTION: This processor is provided with an operation control part 10 first of all, making a switch 45 take the state pulling out the output audio data obtained through a sub-data processing part containing a de-interleave processing part 28 when the digital information data are read out from a magnetic tape by a reading rotary magnetic head part 21 under a specified reproducing mode state made e.g. a normal reproducing mode state, and thereafter, making the switch 45 move to the state pulling out the output audio data obtained through a main data processing part containing a main de-interleave processing part 27 when the specified reproducing mode state is stabilized.
