PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the inside of a device from being soiled by a toner leak, in a color electrophotographic device in which developing units using one- component non-magnetic toner are composed as image-forming units and the whole of the group of image-forming units is rotated and moved within a printer device. SOLUTION: In a color electrophotographic device, a photoreceptor diameter is put in an integrally proportional relationship that is smaller than or equal to 1/5 of a transfer-drum diameter. The peripheral length of a developing roller 23, which is rotated at the same speed and in the same direction of advancement as a photoreceptor 2 is a fraction of an integer of the peripheral length of the photoreceptor and a fraction of an integer of the peripheral length of an image-composing transfer part. The structure of each developing unit has a protective member 32 for preventing toner in a toner hopper from exerting pressure on an elastic blade downward in the direction of gravity. Further, a member for receiving toner falling from the developing units 17 is provided below the group of image-forming units in the direction of gravity.
