PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve packaging efficiency by connecting a device-mounting rack to a suction port in a device being mounted to the rack for introducing outdoor air into the device, and equipping a duct for suppressing the temperature increase in the device. SOLUTION: First, an angle 2 is mounted over posts 1a and 1b, and a duct 5 is mounted above the angle 2 while the duct is adapted to the suction port of a device to be mounted when the suction port is formed toward a front on a right-side surface. Then, a rack frame 3 is placed on the left and right angles 2 for fixing at the front side of the post 1a. In a mounting shelf being assembled in this manner, since the suction port of the device is surrounded by the duct 5, a ventilation system is composed, where the system allows outdoor air being taken in from a ventilation hole 4a of a blank plate 4 being arranged to the front of the shelf to pass through an opening 3a of the rack frame 3 for directly introducing to the suction port of the device, thus suppressing the increase of temperature in the rack, and preventing the reliability of the device from decreasing.
