The invention concerns a method for improving atmosphere in sites where smelly gas discharges are emitted by fogging therein homogeneous aqueous solutions obtained by diluting aqueous concentrates which are themselves homogeneous and stable comprising for 100 parts of water by weight, 0.1 to 100 parts of undecylenic acid salt, preferably from 20 to 100 parts of undecylenic acid salt, 0.5 to 50 parts of an oily constituent, preferably from 5 to 50 parts of oily constituent, which can be an essential oil, a perfume, an aroma, an oleoresin, and if necessary an undecylenic acid ester or a mixture of such constituents.
