A product suitable for the topically application of a cosmetic deodorant or antiperspirant composition to an armpit comprises a base (1) carrying a layer of the cosmetic composition (2) on its upper face and a tubular handle (4) on its lower face, the base (1) being significantly wider than the depth of the layer (2) and preferably of similar width to an armpit, and a removable cap (3) to cover the layer (2). The product is comparatively flat and can readily be accommodated in purse or pocket.
