PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost, miniaturize and to lighten device weight through easy constituting a circuit for controlling an auxiliary switching element, which executes on/off operation in synchronizing with a main switching element or by means of inversion without using IC or an insulating circuit. SOLUTION: In this device 1a, an auxiliary control circuit 3 for controlling an FETQ2 which executes on/off operation inverted with respect to the on/off operation of an FETQ1 is provided with resistors R1 and R2, a bead 4 and a capacitor C2, which constitute a differential circuit. FETQ2 is driven by a voltage generated in a second drive winding wire N4 of a transformer T. Timing and an on-period for turning on FETQ2 can be set arbitrarily with the differential circuit.
