PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable television receiver by which intrusion of a noise between a flexible flat cable and a tuner caused by making the receiver smaller and thinner can be prevented. SOLUTION: A flexible flat cable 42 interconnecting a display unit 20 and a 2nd printed circuit board 46 is housed in a space between the display unit 20 and the 2nd printed circuit board 46. A spacer 60 is provided between the flexible flat cable 42 and a tuner 48. The spacer 60 keeps the distance between the flexible flat cable 42 and the tuner 48 constant and prevents noise intrusion between them.
