Manual protector intended to carry bags, of the type presenting an elongate configuration with U cross-section, and characterized in that the lower surface of the protector has a slight central protuberance acting as centering elements and defining two slightly concave side portions having an amplitude which is sufficient for each of them to bear on at least two fingers of the hand.
