<p>Disclosed are polymers with cyclic carbonate functionality which are soluble in common organic solvents and compatible with other polymers and cross-linkers. The copolymers are prepared by the copolymerization of vinyl ethylene carbonate with specific vinyl ester comonomers, that are compatible with vinyl ethylene carbonate, and form soluble and compatible copolymers.</p> |
