<p>A compressor (21), a heat exchanger (30), a water remover (22), and an expander (23) are arranged in the order mentioned to constitute a cycle-associated system (20). The compressor (21) draws indoor air and ventilation feed air and compresses them. The compressed air exchanges heat with the ventilation exhaust air in the heat exchanger (30) and is thereby cooled. The cooled compressed air has its water vapor removed in the water remover (22). This water remover (22) has a separating membrane, separating the water vapor in the compressed air without condensing it. Thereafter, the compressed air is expanded in the expander (23) to become low temperature air, which is then fed into the room. On the other hand, exhaust air cooled in a humidifier/cooler (41) is fed into the heat exchanger (30). In the heat exchanger (30), the latent heat for evaporation of moisture fed in a humidifier (42) is also utilized to cool the compressed air.</p> |
