PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To multiplex an audio data transfer with a still image data transfer requiring a high bit rate without a sound break. SOLUTION: The audio data ATS and the still picture data ASVS are made respectively independent files. Then, the file of the still picture data ASVS are collectively arranged on a place of address small of a read-in area 27 side read in formerly, and the file of the audio data ATS are collectively arranged on the place of address large of a read-out area 26 side read in later. The partial still picture data ASVS are fetched beforehand into a reproducing device before an audio reproducing start in a unit called an audio still video unit ASVU, and the need fetching the still picture data ASVS while reproducing audio is eliminated.
