PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a cleaning or the like by keeping a dampproof member in a position separated from a chute. SOLUTION: The dampproof member 24 has a structure where a heat sink 26 to which a heater 25 is stuck is covered with a synthetic resin cover 27, and this member 24 is attached to the rear side of a door 3 by screws 32. The heat sink 26 is formed into such a shape that it covers the upper face, the front face, and side faces of the upper end part of a chute 12. The rear edge of the upper face of the dampproof member 24 is formed into a slope 52 so as to cover all the space above the root part of a discharging hole 8 without interfering with the front face of a canister 7. When the door 3 is opened, the dampproof member 24 is kept in a position separate from the position where it covers the upper end part of the chute 12. When the door 3 is closed, the dampproof member 24 is automatically returned to the position where it covers the upper end part of the chute 12.
