PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial flat ribbon cable facilitated in forming of a dielectric and drain wires at the time of connection even in the case where coaxial wires having a narrow diameter is used. SOLUTION: This cable 1 includes plural coaxial wires 2 and a sheath 3 for covering the plural coaxial wires 2 in the condition that the plural coaxial wires 2 are practically arranged on the same flat surface with the predetermined pitch. The coaxial wire 2 has a central conductor 21, a dielectric 22 for coating the central conductor 21 drain wires 23 arranged in parallel with each other in the dielectric 22, and a shield 24 for surrounding the dielectric 22 and the drain wires 23. In the coaxial flat ribbon cable 1, the dielectric 22 and the drain wires 23 are separated from each other in each radial direction.
