PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an excellent image being free from generating the void possible to be stably obtained by adopting a polyimide resin material dispersing a specified quantity of aggregation lumps of a carbon black provided with a specific grain size. SOLUTION: This image forming device is allowed to adopt the polyimide resin material as the material consisting of carbon black that aggregation lamps of the carbon black provided with grain size beyond 1μm are dispersed blow the number of 50 per unit sectional plane (0.1 mm2). In such a manner, the device can restrain deterioration of the surface resistivity in a range of a specific condition to eliminate such a problem as resistance deterioration on the belt surface derived from mutual discharging phenomenon between toner particles on the image part by the transfer voltage in the primary transfer part, and to prevent the output image from such as the deterioration of the image density and the void occurring regardless of repeating the primary transfer. As for the polyimide resin, the normal polyimide resin can be used without specific restriction however, poly pyromellitic acid imide type resin material can be quoted as the typical polyimide resin.
