The tool fixing device comprises a carry frame (4) with fixing points (A,B,C) for fixing on upper and lower points of rear hydraulics of the car. Four further fixing points (D,E,F,G) allow normal fixing on points on a fast-change frame. The carry frame has the form of an upturned V and grabbing hooks (26) lie on the transverse axis of the fast-change frame.
