The invention relates to a bracket arrangement for a dental brace, comprising a bracket base which can be fixed directly on a tooth surface and wherein a recess for receiving a brace wire is placed and a bracket cover, which also has a recess for receiving the brace wire. Detent elements are provided on the bracket base and corresponding counter detent elements are provided on the bracket cover for disposing the bracket base and the bracket cover in a detachably fixed manner, in such a way that the brace wire can be clamped between said bracket base and said bracket cover.
