摘要 High temperature fretting wear, corrosion and/or fatigue protective layer consists of a copper-aluminum alloy containing chromium and optionally iron. A protective layer for protecting load transmitting contact faces of titanium, nickel, cobalt or iron base alloy components, which transmit mechanical loads of varying magnitude and direction at high temperatures, against fretting wear, corrosion and/or fatigue, consists of a copper alloy of composition (by wt.) 4-8% Al, 2-5% Cr, 0-3.5% Fe and balance Cu. Preferred Features: The layer is applied by PVD, especially cathodic sputtering.
