An automotive disc brake is fitted to a wheel hub (3). Brake callipers rock onto the disc (15) pulled by connecting straps (13). The wheel side of the hub (3) has a flange (4) and a supplementary ring (7). The wheel stud holes (8) pass through the supplementary ring (7) into the hub flange (4). Bushes (12) facilitate the strap (13) movement. The bushes (12) extend into the stud holes (8) in the supplementary ring (7) and hub flange (4).
