The unopenable window has its pane frame (2) connected with its arch frame, with the arch frame partly fixable in an arch frame rabbet facing the frame rabbet. The pane frame part is a bolt part (3), which can be inserted longitudinally displaceably in the fixture groove (23) of the pane frame. By movement along the longitudinal extent of the fixture groove, the bolt part moves from a release position into a bolt position and vice versa. The bolt part is movable from the inside (1) of the window in the longitudinal extent of the fixture groove by an operating component (7) between the arch frame an the pane frame.
