The implant has a central section forming an artificial lens (5), enclosed by an annular peripheral rim (10) provided with outwards projecting retaining arms (15) and incorporating a telemetric endosystem with a pressure sensor (20), a signal processing circuit (25) and a telemetry device (30), for transmission of the measured pressure values and reception of supply energy.
