The cover is constructed as a case(8) with a bottom(14) and at least one top. The wall section with the through-hole for support of the handwheel of the fixing screw is a part of the bottom of the case. The case is in the form of a flat cylindrical toolbox and with a diameter corresponding approximately to the diameter of a wheel rim. The top is formed by two flaps(19,20) connected to pivot points(21,22) in the edge sections of the case and which when closed lie close to one another and at least partially form the top surface of the case.
