<p>A rod end bearing (1) comprises an outer shell part (3) having a generally spherical inner surface (9) and having a pair of diametrically opposed openings (11, 13) and an inner ball part (5) seated within the outer shell part (3). The outer diameter of the ball part (5) is only slightly less than the diameter of at least one of the diametrically opposed openings (13). A moulded bearing race (7) is located between the inner ball part (5) and the outer shell part (3). The bearing race 7 is suitably formed from polyurethane. <IMAGE></p> |
