A towing attachment(4) is installed on the T-bar towing lift and is hooked on the handlebars of a bicycle. The towing attachment may have two hooks side by side to hook on the handlebars on each side of the steering head of the bicycle. Another hook may be located between the other two and is rotatable in relation to the other two by about 180 degrees around the cable axis of the towing device(2,3). The hooks are installed on pivoting support which is rotatable on the towing attachment.
