PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently wash an electrolytically deburred workpiece by a small amount of washing water while preventing spattering of washing water to the surroundings. SOLUTION: An electrolytically deburred workpiece W is set in a washing vessel 4 having a cavity part 3 fitted with a shape of the workpiece and is washed in the washing vessel 4 by pouring water and air alternately. Since an amount of drain water produced by this washing method is small, it is condensed by evaporating water content in a condensing device and is reused as electrolytic liquid. There is an advantage that waste liquid does not flow out to the outside.
