PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To nail a nail straightly, even if there is any reaction following to nailing by providing a lock part for holding a driver guide to an upward moving position while engaging with the upward moving position holder of the driver guide side during nailing after the upward moving of the driver guide. SOLUTION: When a nailing device 1 is pressed while pulling a trigger 40 (during nailing), the tip bent part 42a of a second lock part 42 provided on the trigger 40 is engeged with the engaging part of a regulation plate 28. Thereby, the regulation plate 28 as well as driver guide 23 are held on the upward moving position. Consequently, its tip (nail head holder 23a) is not contacted to the nail N during nailing. Therefore, even if the nose of the nailset (circumference of nail holder) is displaced to the side by the reaction following to nailing, the nail N is not inclined, as the nail N head (n) is not ristricted by the nail head holder 23a of the driver guide 23 and the nail N can be nailed straightly as well.
