发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING WELDING SPATTER
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the estimations of a precise flying distance of spatters and the quantity of heat having in the spatter at the dropping time, by measuring the number, grain size, flying distance and holding quantity of heat of the spatters with the size and the position of the traces which are developed by scorching a paper disposed in the surroundings of the welding position with the heat quantity having in the spatters. SOLUTION: In the case of executing the welding by disposing the papers in a prescribed interval in the surroundings of the welding position, the spatters developed in the welding part are spattered and dropped on the papers. Then, the spatters are scorched on the papers to form the traces according to the heat quantity having in the spatter dropped on the paper. Further, even in the same welding condition by changing the paper thickness, the developing state of the scorching of the paper is different. In the case of changing the paper thickness to thick, the scorching is difficult to develop, and since the traces dropped with only the spatters having large heat quantity are formed, the heat quantity having in the dropped spatter can be estimated from the paper thickness and the size of the trace formed therein.
