PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely operate an aerosol valve by closing a vent hole at the lower end part of a valve stem and after that, inclining the valve stem to communicate with a jetting port and jetting a gas from the jetting port by energizing the valve stem upward by a stem rubber and a coil spring above a valve housing. SOLUTION: A valve operating member energizes the valve stem 1 upward by the stem bar 2 and the coil spring 6 above the valve housing 5, the vent hole present at the lower end part of the valve stem 1 is closed in the state, the valve stem 1 is inclined to communicate with jetting port to enable to jet from the jetting port. The jetting valve is formed by combining the valve operating member with the valve stem 1 with each other to mount in the central drum part of a mountain cap 4 and assembling to be used in the state that the valve stem 1 and the valve operating member are mounted.
