PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping device which realizes a planar, simplified, and miniaturized piping route, and dispenses with any interference checking and correcting work of pipes by lapping plate members to form a flow passage. SOLUTION: In a piping device 10, a copper plate 1 and a copper plate 21 which are a pair of upper and lower plate members are lapped and joined with each other, grooves 2, 22 are formed in the copper plates 1, 21, respectively, and a flow passage in which a fluid flows is formed by a space surrounded by a flat part 3 of the copper plate 1 and a groove 23 opposite thereto, and a space surrounded by a flat part 23 of the copper plate 21 and a groove 3 opposite thereto. When a pipe is connected to expanded parts 28, 29, 30, the fluid flowing in from the expanded part 28, 29 flows out of the expanded part 30 through the flow passage of the piping device 10.
