PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film which has barrier properties to oxygen, water vapor, and others and does not contain chlorine by providing a biaxially oriented polypropylene layer, a polyethylene terephthalate layer, a deposition layer which is formed by vapor-depositing a transparent material having barrier properties on the polyethylene terephthalate layer, and others. SOLUTION: First, a biaxially oriented polypropylene(OPP) film and a polyethylene terephthalate(PET) film are laminated. Next, a transparent material having barrier properties such as SiOx and Al2O3 is vapor-deposited on the PET side of the laminated film. In this way, a transparent OPP vapor deposition film has an OPP layer 1, a PET layer 3, and a deposition layer 4 formed by vapor- depositing the transparent material on the on the PET layer 1. The thickness of the OPP layer 1 is adjusted at 20 60μm, and the thickness of the PET layer 3 is adjusted at 1-5μm to maintain the flexibility of the OPP film.
