PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely cut stalks of scions so as to have V shape without crushing them. SOLUTION: This cutting apparatus is assembled in such a way that a pair of cutting blades 5 are attached so as for them to form V shape and so as for their points 7 to form sharp part sides, and the stalk 2 of a scion 1 is inserted between the blades 5 and is moved in the direction of its axis to be cut while making the points 7 bite into the stalk 2 by the force of action in such direction that the points 7 are brought close to each other.
