PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fixture capable of simply fixing both end sections of a stud to independent columns and suitable for forming an inner wall substrate with a sound isolating structure. SOLUTION: This metal fixing 1 is used for fixing an angular pipe-shaped stud 3 between independent columns 2, an independent column fixing face is formed on one face, and a steel sheet with a stud fixing face is formed on the other face. Independent column pinching pieces 11 are extended on the independent column fixing face to pinch the independent column 2 when the independent column 2 is kept in contact with the independent column fixing face, and stud pinching pieces 12 are extended on the stud fixing face to pinch the stud 3 when the stud 3 is kept in contact with the stud fixing face. The center line L2 between the stud pinching pieces 12 is made eccentric to the center line L1 between the independent column pinching pieces 11, and the stud 3 can be fixed in the eccentric state to the independent column 2.
