摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently achieve the corrosion protection of a steel structure in sea water, a splash zone, fresh water, and the atmosphere at a low cost by forming a layer containing a solid electrolyte with selective cation permeability in contact with a surface of steel, and achieving the electric corrosion protection through a film including the layer. SOLUTION: A layer containing a solid electrolyte with selective cation permeability is formed on a surface of a steel 1, a protective film layer is formed on the layer as necessary, a corrosion protection film 2 is formed, an anode 3 is provided in contact therewith, and the steel 1 is connected to the anode 3 by a lead wire 5. The solid electrolyte is formed of an organic ion- exchange resin, or an inorganic zeolite, etc. The anode 3 is preferably formed of zinc, aluminum, magnesium, and their alloy which are baser than iron. The electric corrosion protection is achieved through the anodic protection system, the anion in the environment is adsorbed and moved by the corrosion protection film 2 to generate a corrosion protective electrolytic product on a boundary surface between a defective part and the steel 1.
