PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a sealing defective and the generation of suction of water by providing a communication hole connecting a connector chamber with a storing chamber on a cover. SOLUTION: In a fitting part 77a in a second connector housing 77 of an external lead wire side connector 76, connection holes 80 into which first connector terminals 57 with which a cover side connector 55 is provided are individually inserted from an inner end side are provided by opening both ends and second connector terminals 81 forming the first connector terminals 57 so as to be insertably/detachably fitted are arranged within the connection holes 80. In a connecting state of the cover side connector 55 and the external lead wire side connector 76, a connector chamber 78 formed between the first and second connector housings 56 and 77 communicates with a storing chamber 48 via a communication hole 86 provided on a cover 21. As a result, generation of a sealing defective according to deformation of the connector housings 56, 77 and generation of suction of water into the connector chamber 78 can be surely prevented.
