PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle simplified cargo handling device applicable even to a cargo partition low in height, easily operatable and convenient for use. SOLUTION: A pair of expandable/shrinkable arms 4 are slidably assembled to a pair of supporting arms 3 having a constitution in which one end side can be turnably fixed to a load room 1 floor of a vehicle along the supporting arms 3. A platform 6 slidable along the expandable/shrinkable arms 4 and capable of being turned against the expandable/shrinkable arms 4 in the expanded state is provided on an end of the expandable/shrinkable arms 4. A length from a turning fulcrum of the platform 6 against the expandable/shrinkable arms 4 to a free end side is made longer than a height dimension of the cargo partition 1 floor of a vehicle.
