PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent muddy water from infiltrating into a duct through a foot blow port when a vehicle is washed, by providing a switch member opening/ closing the blow port opened in the vicinity of a floor surface, and controlling action of the switch member so as to close the blow port when an engine is stopped. SOLUTION: An air conditioner unit 3 is set up in a lower side of a driver's seat 2 in a cab 1 for a construction machine of hydraulic shovel or the like. A foot blow port 8 is opened in the vicinity of a floor surface 1a of the cab 1, to blow out conditioned air from the air conditioner unit 3 in the vicinity of a step of an operator. A damper is provided as a switch member for the foot blow port 8, placing it in a closing condition by the damper, when an engine is stopped, is controlled by a damper control device. Automatically closing the foot blow port 8 associated with stopping of the engine is thus controlled, so as to surely prevent muddy water from infiltrating into duct at car washing time.
