PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an information communicating body without generating troubles such as a positional slip of a pseudo adhesive film, and an inability of an unsealing due to the positional slip in a method wherein the information communicating body such as a postcard is continuously manufactured by covering a continuous form paper sheet with the pseudo adhesive film. SOLUTION: A pseudo adhesive film is placed with heat rollers 11a and 11b of a laminating section, on a pseudo adhering planned surface of a continuous form paper sheet which is let off from a first stocker, and at a following folding section, the continuous form paper sheet is folded up into various kinds of folded configurations, and then, the continuous form paper sheet is finished into an individual unit at a cutting section, and at a sealer section which is a final process, a pseudo adhering is performed, and a completed postcard is obtained.
