PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistaining laminate containing an antistaining resin layer having high hardness and capable of being formed by photosetting reaction even in the presence of oxygen. SOLUTION: An antistaining resin layer obtained by the photosetting of a photosetting compsn. containing at least one compd. selected from a group consisting of a hydrolyzable silane compd. represented by formula (R1)PSi(X)4-P (wherein R1 is a 1-12C non-hydrolyzable org. group, X is a hydrolyzable group and p is an integer of 0-3), a hydrolyzate thereof and a condensate thereof and a photo-acid-generating agent component is formed on a base material.
